Anitra Kennedy

STARTS COORDINATOR

Anitra is originally from NC and has been on the Grand Strand for 17 years.

Anitra completed business courses in college back home and prerequisites locally for the Registered Nurse program. An opportunity arose here at Nations Homes, and she was excited to get back in this business.

She knew nothing about construction and started when she moved here in 2003, answering phones at the front desk and filing. She now has 17 years of experience in custom home building, and her current position is Starts Coordinator, which submits all of our homes to the Architectural Review Boards and for permitting as well. It is such a rewarding job for her to see happy homeowners move into their dream home and to know that she had a small part of making that happen.
