Donny Bowyer

SUPERINTENDENT

Donny moved his family down to Myrtle Beach two years ago from Fairfax, Virginia. He has been married for 24 years, steadily raising three children. His passion is his family, he enjoys golfing and fishing, but mostly just being with family and friends.

He has been in the construction business for the last 30 years. He started in Commercial Construction, but at age 25, he started working for Marquis Custom Homes, a Division of Van Metre Companies. He quickly worked his way up to Project Superintendent while he was there for six years. Starting in the warranty division, then a finish end superintendent, working in land development, and finally, a full-time Project Superintendent. He worked over the next ten years for production home builders, renovators, and remodelers. In 2012 he owned and operated his own Class A Build and Design Company in Prince William County, Virginia, for six years. Building 38 homes, including three nine home communities, high-end townhomes in Olde Town Alexandria, and custom designs throughout Northern Virginia.

He has now been here for the last two years. Donny brings a hard work ethic, a mind for design and details, and a personal passion for building quality homes to Nations Homes. He values the customers and people he meets along the way. He enjoys building the homes, but he enjoys, even more, the relationship with homeowners and the joy we can create for people while building their dream home.
