Kevin Surdyke

Kevin is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. He moved to Myrtle Beach in 1975. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1989 with a marketing degree. His wife and best friend Kathy have been together since 1982. They have two children Sophie and Connor. Which he considers his greatest accomplishment. Kevin has 20+ years of real estate sales and marketing, land development and home design & construction experience. Real estate sales, home design & construction and development experience include Grande Dunes, Ocean Village, The Thistle, Beaumont Park and many others. Kevin prides himself on exception customer service and satisfaction.
