Martin Bellamy has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina for over 39 years. Martin’s experience centers on residential subdivision development for single and multifamily communities. His focus has been in Planned Unit Developments as Broker-in-Charge for Chicora Development and Newland Communities in North Carolina and for Prudential Burroughs & Chapin Realty and Grande Dunes Properties in South Carolina. He has been involved with sales management, land planning, product design, drafting of covenants-restrictions, management of homeowners’ associations, and architectural review.
