Russell Mandelkow

SUPERINTENDENT

Russell relocated to Myrtle Beach in October 2021 with his wife Nicole and three sons, Russell, Jackson, and Hunter.

Russell is originally from Jackson, NJ, and has been in the construction industry for 17 years. He started his career path working for his Uncle's company right out of High School. He graduated from trade school in Electrical and HVAC.

After Hurricane Sandy hit the Jersey Shore in 2012, Russell helped to restore the shore homes that were destroyed. He helped to start a small company building high-end homes, later becoming part owner.

Russell's work ethic includes being very personable with his clients, keeping a positive attitude, and holding high standards for quality workmanship.

When he is not at work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, enjoying camping, traveling, and spending time at the beach. He also enjoys working on home projects and golfing.
